FFA students represented Andes Central School at the State Fair over the weekend. The Bultje's showed Breeding Sheep, Callie showed Breeding & Market Sheep, and Luke showed Rabbits.
One of the best parts of the day in Mrs. Hellenga’s first grade class is story time with Flat Stanley! The students have already finished their first Flat Stanley book and are now traveling the world through Flat Stanley’s Worldwide Adventures. The excitement doesn’t stop there—each student colored and laminated their very own Stanley to take home! Now Stanley gets to go on adventures with the students, and they can’t wait to write in their journals at school about all the fun things they do together.

Mrs. Maynard's Biology I class is studying biochemistry. They are testing common substances for pH and classifying them as acids or bases.

In Mrs. Brooke Johnson’s middle school classes, the students were decorating a paper quilt square with things they like/that describe them.
